📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are carefully inspected and packed before dispatch. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

🚚 Delivery Time

We deliver across India via trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
• Remote & Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

💰 Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499
• Standard Shipping: ₹60 on orders below ₹499
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available across most pin codes in India — an additional COD handling fee of ₹30 may apply

We ship via reliable courier partners including Delhivery, Xpressbees, DTDC, and Shiprocket-affiliated services, depending on your pin code and availability. We always choose the fastest available option for your location.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or WhatsApp within 24 hours of dispatch. You can use this tracking number on the courier partner's website to track your order in real time.

📦 Packaging

Every KD Atelier order is packed with love and care in protective jewellery packaging to ensure your pieces arrive in perfect condition. We use cushioned pouches and secure outer packaging to prevent any damage during transit.

🔁 Undelivered or Returned to Origin (RTO) Orders

If an order is undelivered due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal of delivery, it will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases:

• We will contact you to confirm the correct address for re-shipment
• Re-shipment charges of ₹60 will apply
• For COD orders returned undelivered, a shipping fee of ₹60 will be deducted from any applicable refund

❌ Unserviceable Pin Codes

While we strive to deliver across all of India, some remote pin codes may not be serviceable by our courier partners. If your pin code is unserviceable, we will notify you within 24 hours of placing your order and offer a full refund.

📬 Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address, pin code, and mobile number are entered correctly at checkout. KD Atelier is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
